إن صناعة الملابس الجاهزة في ظل المتغيرات التنافسية في وقتنا الحاضر تحتاج إلي استخدام التکنولوجيا ومواکبة التطورات الحديثة في جميع مراحل العملية الإنتاجية وذلک للنهوض بها , وتعد مرحلة إعداد النماذج من أهم المراحل الإنتاجية بل وتعتبر العمود الفقرى لتلک الصناعه الهامه کما أن لها دور کبير وأساسي في نجاح المنتج و قبوله ويتوقف عليها مدى نجاح التصميم والإنتاج ککل ، لذلک أستهدفت الدراسة الحالية إمکانية رسم نموذج لقطعة ملبسية ( بدلة رياضية للأطفال ) محل الدراسة من خلال إستخدام جدول توصيف العميل الوارد من الخارج لتصدير طلبيه معينه حيث أنه يختلف کليةً عن رسم النماذج الموجود فى الکتب المختلفه والمستخدم فى الإنتاج المحلى لمصانع الملابس الجاهزة وکذلک الذى يدرس لطلاب کليات الأقتصاد المنزلى فهو يحتاج إلى مهارة ودقه عاليه بأتباع خطوات ممنهجه وبطريقه تساعد على تطوير تلک المرحله الهامه فى العمليه الإنتاجيه و أيضا يمکن أن يطبق على معظم القطع الملبسيه الأخرى حيث تم دراسه مجموعه من جداول توصيف العملاء فى بعض مصانع الملابس الجاهزة التى تعمل بمجال التصدير و الخاصه بأنتاج البدلة الرياضية وعمل تحليل للمقاسات و تم أختيار أحدى هذه الجداول لرسم النموذج " محل الدراسه " من خلال أستخدام جدول توصيف العميل وتقيمه من خلال أستماره أستبيان ثم تم تنفيذه بنفس المواصفات المطلوبه ونفس الوزن للمتر المربع وتحکيمه من خلال أستماره أستبيان أخرى وقد جاءت نتائج البحث محققه لفروضه کالاُتى : يمکن رسم نموذج " بدلة رياضية للأطفال " عن طريق أستخدام جدول توصيف العميل بسهوله ودقه وبکفاءه عاليه وتؤدى الى تقليص عنصرى الوقت والجهد مقارنه بالطرق الأخرى ، إمکانيه تنفيذ "بدلة رياضية للأطفال" من خلال النموذج محل الدراسه يعطى نتائج مطابقه للمواصفات والقياسات المطلوبه والموجوده بجدول توصيف العميل.
Abstract
The possibility of drawing pattern for "children training" prepaired for export through Using client characterization table
The garment industry in the presence of the competitive variables in the present day need to use technology and keep abreast of recent developments in all stages of the production process so as to raise them ,the stage of preparing pattern is one of the most important stages of the production stage , it is also considered the backbone of this important industry ,it also has an essential role in the product acceptance and success,the extent of the design success and production as a whole depends on this stage, so the current study targets the possibility of drawing a pattern for a piece of clothing (children training )under study through the use of the client characterization table received from abroad for the export certain order where it differs completely from drawing pattern which in the different books and used in local production of garment factories , as well as who teaches the students of colleges of home economics needs skill and high precision and following systematic steps and in a way that helps on the develop this important stage in the production process and also can be applied to most of the other clothing pieces. Some client characterization tables have been studied in some of the garments factories that works in the field of export and specialized in the training production and an analysis of the sizes, One of these table has been chosed for the drawing of your model The sampling training pattern "under study " through the use of client characterization table and its estimation through questionnaires and then were implemented, "children training" in the same required specifications and the same weight per square meter and estimation through another questionnaire . The result of the research came achievable for its hypotheses as follows results :we can draw apattern of "children training" by using the client characterization table easily, accurately and with high efficiency and lead to a reduction of time and effort factors compared to other means, the possibility of implementing the "children training "Through the pattern under study is given results conform to the specifications and to the required measurements that present in the client characterization table .
