Abstract

In this study we try to identify the children‟s electronic periodicals, its functions, components, characteristics, content, and types. It also deals with the design procedures, and the necessary technological principles needed in its design, and the foundational elements used in preparing its topics. In addition, to identifying electronic websites, and children websites on the internet and its types and goals.
