Abstract

Three new species, Histlostoma zaherii n.sp., Histiostoma metwllii n.sp. and Histiostoma rakha n.sp. (Atari, Astigmata, Histiostomatidae) were described and illustrated on the basis of a survey of stored product mites associated with decaying onion and potato crops in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate (Egypt). Adult female and male were described and illustrated.
