this research aims at determining knowledge, attitudes, and implementation level in the field of safety breeding of home poultry, identifying the variables associated with specific behavior of the respondents, and identifying the information sources of respondents in this field. A questionnaire form was designed for this purpose. A systematic random sample amounted to 217 rural women was selected from 2 villages Meniat Messier (Kafr El-sheikh) and El Wark (Sidi Salem). Frequencies, percentages mean, standard deviation, Z & T scores and multiple correlation and regression analysis (step-wise) were used to analyses and present the data. The most important findings of this research were:  63.59% of the respondents their knowledge level was either moderate or low in the field of safety breeding of home poultry, 74.19% of them had a moderate or negative attitudes toward this field and 95.39% of them had a low and moderate level of implements in this field.  There were six independent variables significantly affected the behavior of respondents and together explain 55.2% from its total variation which were: respondents educational degree (32%), number of respondent's information in the field of safe breeding of home poultry (12.50%), size of home poultry (4.9%), size of Agricultural holding (2.4%), husband respondent's educational degree (2.1%) and degree identifying infected poultry.  The main sources of respondent's information in the field of safe breeding of home poultry were: family and neighbors, veterinarian, T.V. programs, and husband and sons represent 88.5%, 61.8%, 33.6% and 28.1%, respectively.
