the study aimed mainly to identify the size of the problem of encroaching on agricultural land in Ismailia governorate, and determine the economic impact of this phenomenon through a questionnaire to a sample of research trespassers on agricultural Land preservation, and the study found the following results: 1-1 the loss in the cultivated area as a result of infringement of agricultural land in Ismailia governorate for the period 25.01.2011- 30.6.2014amounted to about 257 feddan relative importance of approximately 0.02% of the total cultivated reins and maintaining 4٠3.25thousand feddan. 2- estimated space lost crops of wheat, alfalfa, onions, rice, corn, potatoes, summer as a result of infringement of building on agricultural land preservation around70.16 , 57.8 , 18.6 , 43.9 , 24.7, 12.6 feddan on arrangement. 3- estimated loss in production of wheat crop about1.30 thousand ardebs , and clover crop at about 1.74 , and onions around 0.454 thousand tons. و and, rice0.075 thousand tons و , corn about0.9 thousand ardebs, , potatoes, summer 0.17 thousand tons. 4- estimated loss in the produced quantities of animal feed, Ismailia governorate of wheat straw , alfalfa , corn by about 0.127,1.735, 0.944, thousand tons , respectively.. 5- as much as the loss of livestock in the province of ismailia , resulting from the loss in the production of animal feed a cow at about 3720 , or about 3100 thousand of buffalo, or about 2480 thousand of gamels , or about 18600 thousand sheep. 6- estimated the loss in net farm income as a result of infringement of building on agricultural land in ismailia governorate of about 1.299 million pounds.7- estimated loss in off-farm employment opportunities to maintain about 5286 working days/ man. 8- shows that about 65% of the preservation believe he should impose a fine on the infringer per meter of agricultural land that has been infringement boiled but once, and saw 20% of the respondents to impose a fine annual infringer , and saw 10% of respondents fined once worth the building , while he saw 5% of the respondents should remove the infringement.
