Abstract

This research deals with the conditional sentence between the Aramaic papyrus and the Syriac, as the papyri are characterized by the repetition of the conditional method in them several times, sometimes with or without a tool in not many cases. As for the Syriac language, it contains the conditional sentence in various fields of its writings, which are numerous and abundant, and which exceed many of the papyri's compositions. Therefore, the researcher made the Bible the basis for studying this phenomenon by clarifying the tools used, and clarifying the structure of the condition sentence and the sentence of the answer to the condition “penalty" with a statement of the aspects of agreement. The difference between them from the grammatical point of view is represented in the conditional tools and the structures of the conditional sentence and It is semantic.
