الملخص
   هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي تحديد واقع مستوي تحقيق عدالة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية وفق سياسة التحول الرقمي بأشکالها الثلاثة وهي ( العدالة الإجرائية – والعدالة التوزيعية – والعدالة التعويضية) حيث تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية ، واعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمستفيدين من برامج وخدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة من الوحدات الاجتماعية الحضرية (6 وحدات) بمرکز الفيوم ، وعددهم (367 مفردة عشوائية طبقية ) حيث بلغ الاطار العام للمعاينة (8359) ، واعتمد الباحث في جمع البيانات علي استمارة استبيان " لمعرفة واقع مستوي تحقيق عدالة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية وفق سياسة التحول الرقمي بأشکالها الثلاثة وهي ( العدالة الإجرائية – والعدالة التوزيعية – والعدالة التعويضية) " ، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم تحقق عدالة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية وفقا لسياسة التحول الرقمي بأشکالها الثلاث .

Abstract
  "Digital Transformation and Achieving Social welfare Services' Justice"

   The study aims to determine the real level of achieving social welfare services justice according to digital transformation policy in its three forms:  procedural justice - distributive justice - and compensatory justice. This study belongs to descriptive analytical studies, and relies on the method of social survey of a sample of social care programs and services beneficiaries   provided by the urban social units (6 units) in Fayoum Center, and their number is 367 random, stratified individual) where the general framework of the survey reached 8359. To collect data, the researcher has relied on a questionnaire “to find out the real level of achieving social welfare services justice according to the digital transformation policy in its three forms:  procedural justice - distributive justice - and compensatory justice.
The study concludes that social welfare services' justice has not been achieved in accordance with the digital transformation policy in its three forms.
