الملخص:
يعتبر الشباب هم نصف الحاضر وکل المستقبل وبسواعدهم تتحقق التنمية وتبني المجتمعات بل والحضارات ومنذ أقدم العصور کان للشباب دور رئيسي في بناء المجتمعات التي تعتمد علي قوة سواعدهم إلي جانب خبرة السنين لدي الکبار وتکمن أهمية فئة الشباب لديهم القدرة على التطور والتغير وبناء نهضة في وقت قصير لأنهم يتمتعون بصفات عدة تساعدهم علي ذلک مثل النشاط والقوة الجسدية والفکرية وغيرها، وتهدف الدراسة إلى اختبار فاعليه التدخل المهني للخدمة الاجتماعية باستخدام استراتيجية التأجير التمويلي لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة بمراکز الشباب ، تنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات التجريبية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على استخدام المنهج التجريبي على مدراء مراکز الشباب العاملين بإدارة أبشواي الشبابية وعلى عينة قوامها (13) مفردة، اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على مقياس التأجير التمويلي لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة بمراکز الشباب، وطبقت في محافظة الفيوم بمراکز الشباب التابعة لإدارة أبشواي الشبابية، وتدل نتائج الدراسة على توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين متوسط درجات عينة الدراسة علي مقياس استراتيجية التمويل الذاتي لتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة بمراکز الشباب قبل وبعد التدخل المهني للخدمة الاجتماعية في استراتيجية التأجير التمويلي.

Abstract:
Young people are considered half of the present and all the future, and with their help, development is achieved and societies even and civilizations are built. Since ancient times, young people have had a major role in building societies that depend on the strength of their arms, in addition to the years' experience with adults. They have several qualities that help them, such as activity, physical and intellectual strength, and others. The study aims to test the effectiveness of professional social service intervention using the financial leasing strategy to improve services provided in youth centers. This study belongs to the pattern of empirical studies. The youth working in the Ibshaway Youth Administration and on a sample of (13) individuals. Between the average scores of the study sample on the scale of the self-financing strategy to improve the quality of services Introduction to youth centers before and after the professional intervention of social work in the financial leasing strategy.
