ملخص البحث: للخدمة الاجتماعية دور مهم وبارز فى مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية سواء کانت مؤسسات أهلية مثل جمعيات رعاية المسجونين وأسرهم أو مؤسسات حکومية کأقسام الرعاية اللاحقة کسبيل للحد من العودة إلى الجريمة مرة أخرى فهذه المؤسسات تعطى الفرصة للمفرج عنهم بعد خروجهم من السجن لبدء حياة کريمة بعيدة عن طريق الجريمة والانحراف وأيضاً تمد يد العون والمساعدة لأبناء المسجون وأسرته التى نکبت بعد فقد عائلها بدخوله السجن لذلک فإن أبناء المسجونين من أکثر الفئات تعرضاً للمشکلات والضغوط المترتبة على سجن عائلهم والتى تستلزم ضرورة تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية لهم. ومن ثم فقد قامت الباحثة بتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيل برامج جمعية رعاية المسجونين وأسرهم فى تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية لأبنائهم. وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية واستخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعى بأسلوب الحصر الشامل لأبناء المسجونين المستفيدين من خدمات الجمعية وللأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والخبراء فى هذا المجال واستعانت الباحثة بمقياس لتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيل برامج جمعية رعاية المسجونين وأسرهم فى تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية لأبنائهم والتعرف على طبيعة المعوقات التى تعترض جهود هذه الجمعيات بغية التوصل إلى متطلبات لتفعيل برامج هذه الجمعيات ولکى تستثمر طاقاتهم وتستغل امکانياتهم وتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية لهم. الکلمات المفتاحية : متطلبات ، جمعية رعاية المسجونين ،الحماية الاجتماعية.                     Study summary Social Work has an important and prominent role in social care institutions, whether they are private institutions such as associations for the care of prisoners and their families or governmental institutions such as aftercare departments as a way to reduce the return to crime again. It also extends a helping hand to the children of the prisoner and his family, who were afflicted after losing their family by entering prison. Therefore, the children of prisoners are among the groups most exposed to the problems and pressures resulting from the imprisonment of their family, which requires the necessity of achieving social protection for them. Hence, the researcher has identified the requirements necessary to activate the programs of the Association for the Care of Prisoners and their Families in achieving social protection for their children. This study is considered one of the descriptive studies and the researcher used the social survey method in a comprehensive inventory method for the children of prisoners who benefit from the services of the association and for social workers and experts in this field. These associations in order to reach requirements to activate the programs of these associations and in order to invest their energies and exploit their potential and achieve social protection for them. key words : requirements ,Prisoners Welfare Association,Social protection.
