ملخص جاءت فکرة الدمج للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة في ضوء الاهتمام المتزايـد فـي المجتمعـات المختلفة بأن هؤلاء الافراد کغيرهم من أفراد المجتمـع لهـم الحـق فـي الحيـاة وفـي النمـو بأقصى ما تمکنهم قـدراتهم ممـا دفـع المهتمـون بـشئون تعلـيمهم وتـأهيلهم إلـى إعـادة النظر في الأسلوب المتبع فـي رعـايتهم وتـربيتهم، ومـن هنـا ظهـرت فکـرة الـدمج لهـؤلاء الأطفـــال مـــع العـــاديين، فالـــدمج يعمـــل علـــى تزويـــد کافـــة الأطفـــال-بغـــض النظـــر عـــن حاجــاتهم- بفوائــد اجتماعيــة وأکاديميــة قــد لا تتــوفر فــي الظــروف العاديــة التــي کانــت تعزلهم عن العاديين، وباعتبار أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي أحد عناصر العمل الفريقي بمدارس الدمج فإنه يحتاج إلي عملية تحسين وتطوير مستمر لأداءه المهني حتي يکون علي قدر من الکفاءة في أداءعمله المهني، لذا يجب علي الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمدارس الدمج أن يکونوا حريصين علي الاستزادة المعرفية والمهارية من خلال التدريب المستمر کما يجب علي المدارس التي يعملون بها أن تزودهم بکل جديد سواء عن طريق النشرات الدورية أو اللقاءات العلمية وأن توفر لهم برامج تدريب مستمرة ومتدرجة ضماناً للارتقاع الإيجابي في أدائهم المهني وليکونوا أکثر قدرة علي أداء مسئولياتهم المهنية، وقد توصلت هذة الدراسة إلي أهم المهارات التي يحتاج الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمدارس الدمج لبرامج تدريبية لهم تساعدهم علي تحسين وتطوير أدائهم المهني.                 Summary The idea of ​​inclusion for individuals with disabilities came in the light of the increasing interest in different societies that these individuals, like other members of society, have the right to life and to grow to the fullest of their abilities. The integration of these children with the ordinary ones, as the integration works to provide all children - regardless of their needs - with social and academic benefits that may not be available in the normal conditions that were schools. Considering that the process of social workers isolates one of their elements from the ordinary work, the process of continuous improvement Therefore, social workers working in integration schools must be keen to increase knowledge and skills through continuous training, and the schools in which they work must provide them with everything new, whether through periodic publications or scientific meetings. And to provide them with continuous and progressive training programmes To ensure a positive increase in their professional performance and to be more able to perform their professional responsibilities, this study has found the most important skills that social workers working in integration schools need for training programs to help them improve and develop their professional performance.
