ملخص الدراسة
تناولت الدراسة الراهنة العلاقة بين الحوکمة وتحسين خدمات الرعاية الإجتماعية للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة ، هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع الحوکمة وتحسين سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة ، اعتمدت على الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعى بطريقة العينة ، طبقت على عينة طبقية من المستفدين والمستفيدات من برنامج تکافل وکرامة والتابعين للوحدة الإجتماعية بقرية برکة غطاس التابعة لمرکز أبوحمص بمحافظة البحيرة قوامها 443 مفردة ، استخدم الباحث مقياس الحوکمة من اعداده فى جمع البيانات ، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة بين قوية ومتوسطة بين الحوکمة وتحسين سياسات الرعاية الإجتماعية للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة على الأبعاد التالية المشارکة ، الشفافية ، المساءلة ، رضا و احتياجات العملاء و التمکين ، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من مقترحات اجرائية لتطوير وتحسين خدمات الرعاية الإجتماعية .

Abstract
The current study dealt with the relationship between governance and improving social care services for the beneficiaries of the" Takaful and Karama program" . The study aimed to define the reality of governance and improve social care policies for the beneficiaries of the" Takaful and Karama program" . On the analytical descriptive study using the social survey method by the sample method, it was applied to a stratified sample of the beneficiaries of the "Takaful and Karameh program" and those affiliated with the social unit in the village of "Barakat Ghattas" of the Abu Homs Center in the Buhaira governorate of 443 items. the results of the study On the existence of a strong and moderate relationship between governance and improving social care policies for the beneficiaries of the "Takaful and Karama program" on the following dimensions: participation, transparency, accountability, customer satisfaction and needs and empowerment, and the study presented a set of procedural proposals to develop and improve social care services.
