في مجال تعليم الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة شهد العقدان الأخيران اهتماما عالميا بقضايا الإعاقة وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتزايدا واضحا في إقبال الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على الدراسة في الجامعات المختلفة کونهم يمثلون فئة من فئات المجتمع يجب أن يتمتع وحقوقهم کافة خاصة في مجال التعليم تحقيقا اللي مبدأ المساواة في فرص التعليم في المراحل الأساسية والثانوية والجامعية لکي يصبحوا مواطنين فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم ويساهمون في بناء المجتمع ويرسمون قواعد بنائه کأقرانهم العاديين وبذلک تتبلور مشکلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما المشکلات الاجتماعية والتعليمية التي يواجهها الطلاب الجامعيين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ؟
يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة فى " التعرف على المشکلات الاجتماعية والتعليمية التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالجامعة ، و تنتمى الدراسة الحالية الى الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي ، باستخدام (استمارة قياس حول المشکلات الاجتماعية والتعليمية التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالجامعة) وتم تطبيقها علي عينه من الأعضاء قوامها (57) مفردة ، وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة فى تحديد المشکلات الاجتماعية التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالجامعة , وکذلک تحديد تحديد المشکلات التعليمية التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالجامعة.

Summary:
In the field of educating students with special needs, the last two decades have witnessed global interest in issues of disability and people with special needs, and a clear increase in the demand for students with special needs to study in different universities, as they represent a group of society groups that must enjoy all their rights, especially in the field of education, in order to achieve the principle of equality in Opportunities for education in the basic, secondary and university stages in order to become active citizens in their societies and contribute to building society and drawing the rules for building it like their ordinary peers. Thus, the study problem crystallizes in the following main question: What are the social and educational problems faced by university students with special needs?
The main objective of the study is to "recognize the social and educational problems faced by students with special needs at the university. It was applied to a sample of members consisting of (57) single members, and the results of the study proved in determining the social problems faced by students with special needs at the university, as well as determining the identification of educational problems faced by students with special needs at the university.
