الملخص
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى استخدام نظام التعليم المدمج لطلاب التعليم الجامعي، وتحديد مستوى أبعاد ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام نظام التعليم المدمج لتنمية ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي، وصولاً إلى آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل استخدام نظام التعليم المدمج لتنمية ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي. وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لطلاب الفرقة الرابعة - انتظام بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة حلوان بالعام الجامعي 2020/2021م وعددهم (328) مفردة. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استمارة استبيان للطلاب. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين استخدام نظام التعليم المدمج وتنمية ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي.

Summary
Blended Learning and Developing a Culture of Digital Citizenship Among University Education Students
The study aimed at determining the level of use of the blended education system for university students, determining the level of the dimensions of the digital citizenship culture among university education students, and identifying the difficulties facing the use of the blended education system to develop a culture of digital citizenship among university education students, leading to the proposed planning mechanisms to activate the use of the blended education system To develop a culture of digital citizenship among university education students. This study is considered one of the descriptive studies, and the study relied on the scientific method using the social survey method in the sample for students of the fourth year - regularity at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University in the academic year 2020/2021, and their number is (328) single. The study tool was a questionnaire form for students. The results of the study found a statistically significant positive relationship between the use of the blended education system and the development of a culture of digital citizenship among university education students.
