الملخص العربي تعتبر الموارد البشرية من أهم الموارد في العصر الحديث سواء کان ذلک بالنسبة للدول المتقدمة ، والدول النامية ، والتي تسعي نحو تحقيق معدلات نمو مرتفعة للقضاء علي المشکلات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ،التي تقابلها، وکذلک محاولة رفع مستوي معيشة أفراد المجتمع ، وأن الأستخدام الأمثل الفعال للاموال والآلآت وغيرها من عناصر الأنتاج يتوقف علي قدرة الموارد البشرية، وتضمنت عدة مفاهيم (تعزيز القدرات - برنامج تکافل وکرامة) وتسعى الدراسة إلى تحقيق الهدف : تحديد نوعية القدرات الذاتية للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة ، تنتمي هذه الدراسة الى نوع الدراسات الوصفية ، تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على منهج المسح الاجتماعى ، إعتمدت الدراسة الحالية في جمع البيانات على إستبيان للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة ، تم تطبيق الدراسة في الوحدة الاجتماعية بالعزب التابعة لمرکز الفيوم بمحافظة الفيوم، اختارت الباحثة  المستفيدين من معاش تکافل وکرامة بوحدة العزب والتي بلغ اعدادهم (789) وقد اختارت الباحثة الفئة العمرية (35إلي 40 سنة) فقط ، وتوضح نتائج الدراسة التعرف علي نوعية القدرات الذاتية للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة ، بقوه نسبية (45.8٪)، التعرف علي نوعية القدرات الذاتية للمستفيدين من برنامج تکافل وکرامة بقوه نسبية (42.9٪).
