ملخص الدراسة :
تزايد في الفترة الأخيرة اهتمام الدولة بتنمية ثقافة العمل الحر لدي الشباب لمواجهة مشکلة البطالة ، مما دفع العديد من المؤسسات سواء الحکومية والأهلية الي توعية الشباب بأهمية العمل الحر ومن بينها مرتکز الشباب التي تنفذ العديد من البرامج التي تنمي ثقافة العمل الحر للشباب ، لذا استهدفت الدراسة تحديد فاعلية برامج مراکز الشباب في تنمية ثقافة العمل الحر لدي الشباب، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي الدراسات التقويمية ، وقد استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولون وبلغ عددهم (40) مفردة ، والمسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للشباب وبلغ عددهم (175) مفردة ، وقد طبق الباحث استمارة استبيان للمسئولون ، واستمارة استبيان للشباب ، وفي النهاية أجابت الدراسة علي تساؤلاتها .

ABSTRACT:
In the recent period, the state's interest in developing a culture of self-employment has increased among young people to confront the problem of unemployment, which prompted many institutions, both governmental and private, to educate young people about the importance of self-employment, including the youth center, which implements many programs that develop a culture of self-employment for young people, so the study aimed to identify The effectiveness of youth center programs in developing a culture of self-employment among young people. This study belongs to evaluation studies. It used the comprehensive social survey approach for officials, and their number was (40) individuals, and a sample social survey for youth reached (175) individuals. The researcher applied a questionnaire form for officials And a questionnaire for young people, and in the end, the study answered its questions.
