ملخص الدراسة: تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التى تستهدف تحديد مستوى استخدام المجتمع الرقمي، وتحديد مستوى المشارکة في صنع القرار التخطيطي، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات المجتمع الرقمي في صنع القرار التخطيطي، وأيضاً تحديد مقترحات تفعيل إسهامات المجتمع الرقمي في صنع القرار التخطيطي، مع التوصل إلى تصور تخطيطي مقترح لتفعيل إسهامات المجتمع الرقمي في صنع القرار التخطيطي بالقطاع الصحي ولتحقيق ذلک اعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بمديرية الصحة بمحافظة بورسعيد، وعددهم (67) مفردة من خلال تطبيق استمارة استبيان، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الترتيب الأول لمقترحات تفعيل إسهامات المجتمع الرقمي في صنع القرار التخطيطي بالقطاع الصحي تمثل فى دعم البنية التحتية وتکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، يليه الترتيب الثاني تنظيم ورش عمل في مجال تکنولوجيا المعلومات بصفة مستمرة، ثم الترتيب الثالث توفر ضمانات قانونية وتشريعية لحماية أمن البيانات، وأخيراً الترتيب التاسع عشر عقد دورات تدريبية لجميع العاملين بالمنظمة في مجال البرمجيات وتکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. الکلمات المفتاحية: المجتمع الرقمي- صنع القرار التخطيطي -  القطاع الصحي                               Abstract This study is considered one of the descriptive studies aimed at determining the level of use of the digital community, determining the level of participation in planning decision-making, identifying the difficulties facing the contributions of the digital community in planning decision-making, and also identifying proposals for activating the contributions of the digital community in planning decision-making, while reaching a perception. A planning proposal to activate the contributions of the digital community in planning decision-making in the health sector. To achieve this, the study relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey methodology for officials of the Health Directorate in Port Said Governorate, whose number is (67) single through the application of a questionnaire, and the results of the study indicated that the first order of proposals to activate community contributions Digital in schematic decision-making by sector Health represented in supporting the infrastructure and information and communication technology, followed by the second order organizing workshops in the field of information technology on an ongoing basis, then the third order that provides legal and legislative guarantees to protect data security, and finally the nineteenth order. .
