ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية:  سعت تلک الدراسة للوقوف على متطلبات تحقيق الإبداع المهني للاخصائى الاجتماعي بالوحدات الاجتماعية لتحقيق أهدافها التنموية ،ومدى ادراکهم لمفهوم الإبداع المهني وکذلک التعرف على معوقات تحقيق الإبداع المهني  واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي على عينة من الاخصائيين الاجتماعين بالوحدات الاجتماعية ، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من المتطلبات المهنية والمؤسسية وکذلک المتعلقة بنمط الشخصية والتي قد تسهم في تکوين شخصية الاخصائى الاجتماعي  الإبداعية للتعامل مع المواقف المهنية بما يحقق أهداف التنمية في المجتمع . الکلمات المفتاحية: الابداع المهنى- الوحدات الاجتماعية – تنمية المجتمع Summary of the study in English: This study sought to find out the requirements for achieving the professional creativity of the social worker in social units to achieve their development goals, and the extent of their awareness of the concept of professional creativity as well as to identify obstacles to achieving professional creativity. The study used the social survey method on a sample of social workers in social units, and the study reached a number of professional and institutional requirements as well as Related to personality style, which may contribute to the formation of the creative personality of the social worker to deal with professional situations in order to achieve development goals in society.
