First: The study problem:
Social work has an important and prominent role in social care institutions, whether they are civil institutions or governmental institutions such as aftercare departments as a way to reduce the relapse again. There is no doubt that what the aftercare services spend in particular in this way is much easier than what the society incurs as a result of the fierceness of the malevolent criminal who wants to revenge From it, add to that if these institutions give the opportunity for relapsed addicts after they leave the treatment center to start a decent, distant life through addiction and delinquency. From the foregoing it is clear that the role of aftercare for addicts is imperative in order to help the addict and qualify him to integrate into society again and to live a decent life without considering him a criminal and should be ostracized.
Second: The objectives of the study:
1- Determine the requirements for improving social services for a relapsed addict.
2- Defining proposals to improve social services for a relapsed addict.

Fourth: Methodological procedures:
1- Study type: This study belongs to the type of descriptive and analytical studies.
2- The curriculum used: The researcher relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey method for relapsing addicts within the Al-Hadi Center in Sinnuras and within the Mental Health Department of the General Hospital in Fayoum and they numbered (73)
3- Study tools: A questionnaire applied to the relapsing addict to determine the requirements for improving the aftercare services provided to them within the Mental Health Department of the Fayoum General Hospital and the Al-Hadi Center for Addiction Treatment in Sinnuras.
4- Areas of study:
- Spatial domain: This study was applied in the Mental Health Department of the General Hospital in Fayoum, and the El Hadi Center for Addiction Treatment in Senours.
- The Human Domain: Relapsing addicts: The researcher used the comprehensive method of counting the beneficiaries of the after-care services provided by the Addiction Therapy Center (Mental Health Department of the General Hospital in Fayoum, and the Al-Hadi Center for Addiction Treatment in Snores) and they were 73 individuals.
- Time domain: It is the period of data collection from the field in the period between 1/11 | 2019 to 14 | 2 | 2020.

Fifth: The general results of the study:
The general results of the study confirmed from the point of view of relapsing addicts that the aftercare services provided to the relapsed addict in terms of requirements for improving social services were approved in a large percentage, as it came in the first place "Help me face my problems that I may face during the recovery period" and with relative strength (94.98% And weighted percentage (8.35%), And it came second, "The social worker helps me to understand my social role in my family" with relative strength (93.15%) and a weighted percentage (8.19%), It ranked third, "The social worker encourages me to improve my relationships with my family" with relative strength (92.69%) and a weighted percentage (8.15%)
