الملخص:
تتطلب الحياة الأسرية الناجحة بين الزوجين التخطيط الجيد لتحقيق الهدف العام للأسرة، لکى يکونوا قادرين على تحمل المسئولية وإتخاذ القرارات السليمة داخل الأسرة، وتقليدياً الجيل الجديد يکتسب مهاراته ومعلوماته المتعلقة بالتخطيط من معايشة الحياة الأسرية لوالدية، أما بالنسبة للفتيات مجهولات النسب المودعات فى المؤسسات الإيوائية فهن يفتقدن هذه المعارف والمهارات الخاصة بالتخطيط، عادة لا تهتم هذه المؤسسات بإکسابهن المعارف والمهارات المتعلقة بالتخطيط الجيد داخل الأسرة.
ولقد أجرت الباحثه بحثاً تقيس مدى تأهل الفتيات مجهولات النسب المودعات بدار عائشة حسانين بمحافظة الفيوم للحياة الأسرية، وکان من نتائجها أن تبين للباحثه الفتيات مجهولات النسب على قدر متوسط من المعارف والمهارات المتعلقة بالتخطيط الأسرى، مما دفعها لإختبار فعالية برنامج التدخل المهنى للخدمة الاجتماعية صممته الباحثه إستناداً إلى نظرية التعلم الاجتماعى Social Learning Theory (SLT) لباندورا Bandura ، وقامت بتطبيق هذا البرنامج من الفترة 16/6/2019م إلى 15/7/2019م، ثم أجرت قياساً لمدى اکتساب الفتيات مجهولات النسب المعارف والمهارات المتعلقة بالتخطيط الأسرى، وقد تبين للباحثه من نتائج هذا القياس أن برنامج التدخل المهنى قد نجح فى إکسابهن المعارف والمهارات الخاصة بالتخطيط لحياة أسرية ناجحة.
Abstract:
A successful family life between the spouses requires good planning to achieve the overall goal of the family; in order to be able to assume responsibility and make sound decisions within the family, Traditionally, the new generation acquires its skills and information related to planning from living the family life of its parents. As for girls of unknown descent who are housed in residential institutions, they lack this knowledge and skills for planning, Usually, these institutions are not interested in providing them with knowledge and skills related to good planning within the family.
The researcher conducted a study that measures the extent of qualification of females of unknown descent in the Aisha Hassanin House in Fayoum Governorate for family life. One of its results was to show the researcher unknown females of descent on an average level of knowledge and skills related to family planning, Which prompted her to test the effectiveness of the program of professional intervention for social work designed by the researcher based on the theory of social learning (Bandura),She applied this program from the period 16/6/2019 to 15/7/2019, then she carried out a measurement of the extent to which females of unknown descent acquire knowledge and skills related to family planning, and the researcher found from the results of this measurement that the vocational intervention program has succeeded in providing them with special knowledge and skills Plan a successful family life.
