دور ريادة الأعمـــــال في دعم المشروعات الصغيرة للمرأة الريفية
الملخص:
تشکل المرأة الريفية قطاع کبير ومهم من السکان في مصر، لذا يجب استثمار ودعم قدراتها وتمکينها من حقوقها الإنسانية باعتبارها شريکًا في عملية التنمية وبکونها عنصرًا منتجًا يساهم في الارتقاء بدخل الأسرة، وتمثل المشروعات الصغيرة منفذ بالغ الأهمية لروح المبادرة التنموية للمرأة الريفية، فضلاً عن دورها فى ايجاد فرص العمل، کما أنها تساهم في زيادة المدخرات والاستثمارات المحلية للأسرة الريفية، والمشروعات الصغيرة لا يمکن أن تزدهر إلا فى مجتمع تتوفر فيه روح الريادة وحب العمل الحر، لما لها من دور هام وبارز فى تطوير أفکار هذه المشاريع وقدراتها بحيث تصبح مشاريع أعمال ناجحة وتأخذ أبعاد وقدرات بحيث يکون لها الاستمرارية والتطور، فريادة الاعمال تستدعي الابتکار والتغيير الذي قد يأخذ اشکالا مختلفة، فتعتبر ريادة الاعمال من محرکات التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، لذلک هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين دور ريادة الاعمال و دعم المشروعات الصغيرة لدي المرأة الريفية، وقد انتمت هذه الدراسة الى نمط الدراسات الوصفية واستخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين وعددهم (87) مفردة والمسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمرأة الريفية وعددهم (231) مفردة، واستخدمت استمارة استبيان للمسئولين والاستبار للمرأة الريفية، وقد اجابت الدراسة على فروضها.

Abstract:
Rural women constitute a large and important sector of the population in Egypt, so they must invest and support their capabilities and enable them to fulfill their human rights as a partner in the development process and as a productive element that contributes to raising family income. Small enterprises represent a very important outlet for the spirit of development initiative for rural women, in addition to their role in Creating job opportunities, as it contributes to increasing local savings and investments for the rural family, and small enterprises can only thrive in a society in which the spirit of entrepreneurship and the love of free work are available, because of their important and prominent role in developing the ideas and capabilities of these projects so that they become successful business projects and take Dimensions and capabilities to have continuity and development. Entrepreneurship calls for innovation and change that may take different forms. Entrepreneurship is considered one of the engines of social and economic development. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between the role of entrepreneurship and supporting small enterprises in rural women. The study was based on the type of descriptive studies and used the comprehensive social survey methodology for officials who are (87) single and the social sample survey for women And they used a questionnaire for officials and inquiries for rural women, and they numbered (231). The study answered her hypotheses.
