اولاً: مشکلة الدراسة:
مرحلة الطفولة من أهم المراحل فى حياة الإنسان فهى الأساس الذى تبنى عليه اتجاهات المستقبل الإنسانى ومن خلالها يخطو الکائن البشرى أولى خطواته فى طريق التعرف على مؤهلاته وقدراته وعلى العالم المحيط به ،وللکلام دوراً کبيراً فى مساعدة الأطفال على النمو فى کافة مجالاته ، حيث نجد أن الأطفال يکتسبون المعلومات والخبرات المتنوعة فى مراحل العمر الاولى من خلالهما ،ويعمل على تنمية القدرات العقلية والانفعالية ، والاجتماعية ، والتحصيلية لديهم ، وبالتالى نجد أنه يقوم بدور رئيسياً وجوهرياً فى تحقيق النمو السوى للأطفال فى مختلف الجوانب اللغوية والاکاديمية ، والانفعالية ، والاجتماعية .
ثانياً: مفاهيم الدراسة
1- مفهوم العمل الجماعى
2- مفهوم الأطفال مضطربى النطق والکلام
ثالثاً: أهداف الدراسة
1- تنمية مهارة العمل الجماعى للأطفال مضطربي النطق والکلام باستخدام برنامج في خدمة الجماعة
رابعاً: فروض الدراسة : توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات القياسين القبلى والبعدى على أبعاد مقياس مهارة العمل الجماعى وتطبيق برنامج في خدمة الجماعة وتنمية مهارة الاتصال للأطفال مضطربي النطق والکلام
خامساً: الاجراءات المنهجية
اولاً: نوع الدراسة . تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التجريبية
ثانياً: المنهج المستخدم . تعتمد هذه الدراسة على المنهج التجريبى
ثالثاً : ادوات الدراسة . مقياس تنمية العمل الجماعى من إعداد الباحثة
مجالات الدراسة (أ)- المجال المکاني : مدرسة العروبة الابتدائية بمنطقة امبابه التابعة لادارة شمال الجيزة
(ب) المجال الزمني : الفترة الزمنية التي استغرقها التدخل المهنى
(ج)- المجال البشري : عينة من الأطفال مضطربى النطق والکلام البالغ عددهم (15 )
النتائج العامة للدراسة : توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات القياسين القبلى والبعدى على أبعاد مقياس مهارة العمل الجماعى وممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية فى المجال المدرسى وتنمية مهارة العمل الجماعى للأطفال مضطربي النطق والکلام
حيث أن قيمة (ت = -22.891** ) وهي دالة عند مستوي معنوية ( 0.01 ) مما يعني قبول الفرض للدراسة .
