هدفت الدراسة إلى التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لزيادة فاعلية المشروعات الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية حياة الغارمات وقد تمثلت تساؤلات الدراسة في تحديد مستوى فاعلية المشروعات الاجتماعية المقدمة للغارمات بجمعية رعاية أبناء السجينات في تحسين نوعية حياتهن (من وجهة نظر المستفيدات). استخدمت المنهج الوصفي باستخدام اسلوب المسح الاجتماعي الشامل بالتطبيق على الغارمات المترددات على جمعية رعاية أبناء السجينات وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لزيادة فاعلية المشروعات الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية حياة الغارمات. الکلمات الدالة: فاعلية المشروعات الاجتماعية، تحسين نوعية حياة الغارمات. Abstract The study aimed at arriving at a proposed conception to increase the  effectiveness of social projects in improving the quality of life of women fines. The study's questions were to determine the level of effectiveness of social projects submitted for women fines in the Association of Children's Care of Women in improving the quality of their lives (from the point of view of the beneficiaries). I used the descriptive approach using the method of comprehensive social survey by applying to female fines who hesitant to the Association for the Care of Children of Women Prisoners.
