المنظمات غير الحکومية وتنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي لتحقيق قيم المواطنة
الملخص
تناولت الدراسة المنظمات غير الحکومية وتنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي لتحقيق قيم المواطنة حيث ان المشارکة والتعاون بين کافة الجهود الحکومية والأهلية يحقق التنمية ويحسن نوعية الحياه .
وهدفت الدراسة إلي تنمية المشارکة والقدرات وتحمل المسئولية المجتمعية وغرس الولاء والانتماء وقيم المواطنة ، وطبقت الدراسة علي (10 ) من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة وکذلک (100) من المستفيدين من خدمات الجمعية  جمعية تنمية المجتمع بسامول بالغربية ، وتوصلت نتائجها أن التعاون والمشارکة بين الحکومة والأهالي يحقق التنمية وکذلک التنسيق والمشارکة المجتمعية وذيادة التطوع يعمل علي تحسين نوعية الحياه.
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام التکنولوجيا الحديثة وذيادة المهارات والخبرات للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتحقيق تنمية المجتمع.

Abstract
The study dealt with non-governmental organizations and the development of social capital to achieve the values ​​of citizenship as participation and cooperation between all governmental and civil efforts achieve development and improve the quality of life.
The study aimed at developing participation, capabilities, bearing social responsibility, instilling loyalty, belonging and the values ​​of citizenship. The study was applied to (10) social workers and members of the Board of Directors, as well as (100) beneficiaries of the society's services, the Society for Community Development in Samol, Gharbia, and its results concluded that cooperation and participation between the government and the people It achieves development as well as coordination, community participation, and volunteering, and it works to improve the quality of life.
The study recommended the necessity of using modern technology and increasing the skills and experiences of social workers to achieve community development.
