ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن واقع أداء الاخصائى الاجتماعي للأدوار المهنية في التعامل مع حالات الأطفال المساء إليهم جنسيا. واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعى. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من جميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بلجنة حماية الطفل بأسيوط وعددهم(29). وفريق العمل المکون من 59 عضوا، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة فى استبيان لرصد واقع أداء للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين لأدوارهم المهنية مع حالات الأطفال المساء إليهم جنسيا من وجهة نظر الاخصائيين وفريق العمل . وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى اداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لأدوارهم کان متوسطا من وجهة نظر الاخصائيين وفريق العمل ، کما أن مستوى المعوقات التي يواجهها الاخصائى في تعامله مع الحالات مرتفع، وأخيرا أثبتت أنه لا توجد فروق معنوية دالة إحصائياً بين الذکور والإناث من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين مع حالات الأطفال المساء إليهم ف دور (مدير الحالة، معلم ووسيط، مدافع) ، وأوصت الدراسة بضرروة الاهتمام بالتدريب المستمر لثقل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في لجان حماية الطفل، وذلک في ضوء الاتجاهات الحديثة للممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية، والاهتمام بتوفير الإمکانيات لإيجاد مناخ إيجابى في العمل وتمکين الاخصائيين من تطبيق أدوارهم المهنية.

Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the reality of the social worker's performance of professional roles in dealing with cases of sexually abused children. The study used the social survey method. The study sample consisted of all (29) social workers working in the Committee for the Protection of Children in Assiut. And the 59-member work team. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire to monitor the reality of the performance of social workers on their professional roles with cases of sexually abused children from the point of view of specialists and the work team. The results of the study proved that the level of social workers' performance of their roles was average from the point of view of the specialists and the work team, as the level of obstacles faced by the specialist in his dealing with cases is high.
Finally, the results of the study proved that there are no fundamental differences with statistical significance at the level of significance (0.05) between Type of specialists (male / female) with regard to the performance of professional roles (case manager, therapist, teacher and mediator, defender). The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the continuous training of the weight of social workers working in child protection committees, in light of recent trends in the professional practice of social service, and attention to providing capabilities to create a positive atmosphere in the work and enabling specialists to use and apply their professional roles.
