Conferences and  organized Scientific Meetings Represent a vital source and distinct from other sources as they offer a mean of communication that allows  interaction and discussion  between professionals and people who concerned in the issue or a career, and if  conferences are paired in scientific type, they will represent the highest level of thinking and cross-fertilization of scientific construction.
Perhaps those conferences which are sponsored by scientific institutions are away from the needed Propaganda and promulgation in the time they focus on the research and scientific aspects and showing research reports. If the importance of the conference, including oral presentations, conversations, comments and discussions, are doubling so we can not deny the most important outputs of the conference, a conference documents and publications; that come before, during or after the conference.
One of the main problems of conferences is to adjust their documentation and analysis and dissemination of information, so the current paper seeks to study and analyze the proceedings of the Annual Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Arts - Beni Suef University (2002 - 2008 AD), and to prepare an Index of its proceedings   to facilitate the informing and to make it accessible. The study comes in five sections as follows:
1. Faculty of Arts - Beni Suef University: a historical overview.
2. The General features of the Conference: Designation, logo and theme of Conference – session date, time, and place, its continuity - Recommendations - the extent of printing the complete proceedings s of the Conference.
3. Characteristics of the participants and their productivity: number - sex "type" - function "inside and outside the college"
4. The Numerical and Qualitative features of the conference proceedings: general features in terms of shape and size -  linguistic, subjective and Temporal distribution for the proceedings   of the Conference.
5. Analytical Index of the Conference proceedings.
