We find that the most prominent challenges , we are witnessing in all fields entering of modern technologies in the field of communications and technology , including education , which helped in involving the computer in the educational process , improving it and achieving its aims . one of the  most prominent forms is the educational process management by using the computer , e-book , and other forms introduced by the technology in the field of education .    
As finally , culminated those challenges and changes  facing education institutions to enter the internet ( the global information network) and the emergence of e- learning in the world is witnessing in turn give the learner new experiences and different skills in obtaining information.
Within the modern technological development that the world witnesses in the field of education, we find that the Arab world is still counting on the educational traditional techniques comparing to the huge number of industrial and scientific revolutions that we see that led to the inability of both student and teacher to follow the successful technique that get along with the new technological era.
For that reason the research for using e-learning is considered do be the best solution to develop the educational level of the students in the Arabian universities and to reach the challenges that  in the Arab nation, through the monitoring of Arab and international experiences world in the field of e-learning.
That the terms of the application of this type of education is considered an example to avoid the traditional methodology that our educational system suffer from and  a solution to address the imbalance in education system in Arab countries and because it works on raising the efficiency of the educational level of students in universities Arabic as the study show.
