Abstract

Green human resource management is one of the modern concepts in management that focuses on integrating the concepts of green management in human resource strategies, and helps to integrate environmental goals and strategies into comprehensive development goals to reach an effective environmental management system to achieve several different advantages that benefit Egyptian tourism companies, and with increased awareness Regarding environmental management and sustainable development, the management of green human resources has gained its position in the field of research, and Egypt has begun to move towards the interest in the green economy as one of the important and main ways in the comprehensive development plans that are taking place, through the implementation of several projects that are commensurate with the economic and environmental priorities of the state in accordance with the strategic vision of the environment in Egypt by 2030 and the environmental dimension as a main axis in all economic development sectors. The study aim to know the role of green human resources management in achieving the relationship between development policies for the economy Green and sustainable development in tourism companies concerned with achieving sustainable development in Egypt.The field side of the research relied on the design and distribution of survey forms directed to a sample of tourism companies category (A) in Cairo Governorate, which numbered 170 survey forms, and the percentage of correct forms was 91.8% of the total sample, and one of the results of the study was the insufficiancy of awareness of green human resource management practices within some Class A tourism companies In addition to the difficulty of evaluating green performance in employee behavior,Study recommand developing green leadership methods and training leaders and managers transform to green in category (A) tourism companies.
