The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting OCB at four and five-star hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. The literature review tackled the OCB concept, types, dimensions and importance in the context of hospitality industry. Based on quantitative research methods, (421) questionnaire forms were distributed to frontline employees in research community. The results were analyzed using the SPSS version (22). The results indicated that job satisfaction was the most influential factor on OCB while organizational support is the least. The study recommended hotel administrators to formulate innovative policies to be able to emphasize on job satisfaction, affective commitment and procedural justice in order to influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
