Abstract

     The application of social responsibility is a necessity to improve the overall performance of workers and increase their job satisfaction, So the study aimed to identify the degree of Egyptian hotels'' social responsibility application towards their Workers, the degree of their job satisfaction, determine the nature of the relationship between them. The study found a high level of social responsibility and satisfaction in the sample, positive and influential relationship between the application of Egyptian hotels social responsibility towards Workers and their satisfaction, The study recommends that hotels should diversify the programs related to social responsibility towards human resources to achieve a high degree of job satisfaction and improve the performance of the hotel as a whole.
