The present study aims at achieving a safe level by supporting and enhancing the role of risk management and exploring the culture of safety. The study is based on the descriptive analytical method by reviewing the theoretical studies related to the subject of the study, as well as conducting a field study through the survey method. Survey forms were distributed to a sample of employees working at the departments of Safety and industrial security, airport security, aviation operations, technical section at CairoInternationalAirport, in order to identify the status risk management. The data were statistical analyzed A appropriate recommendations based on the results are given.
