Abstract

Museums have a crucial role in the tourism industry, so it seems important to understand all factors that influence tourists while visiting museums. This paper aims to examine the interrelationships between three variables, visit experience; tourist's satisfaction, and future behavioral intentions among tourists at the EgyptianMuseum. Data have been collected from tourists at the EgyptianMuseum in Cairo, by using a self-administrated questionnaire, and the structural equation modeling were conducted. The results indicate a statistically significant structural effects between the three variables, hence they can be useful for the decision makers at the EgyptianMuseum and Ministry of Antiquities to improve their marketing efforts and enhance the use of the available resources.
