إستهدفت الدراسة معرفة تأثير قيمة إصدارات التوريق على تعظيم القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة فى شرکات التوريق المصرية والتوصل إلى نتائج يمکن من خلالها عرض توصيات ومقترحات قابلة للتطبيق، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة فى شرکات التوريق العاملة فى جمهورية مصر العربية وعددها (11) شرکة وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة فى (3) شرکات وإعتمد الباحث على مراجعة القوائم المالية المنشورة لشرکات التوريق محل الدراسة ، تم التوصل الى وجود تأثير معنوي لمتغير (قيمة إصدارات التوريق) کمتغير مستقل على (القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة) کمتغير تابع فى اغلب اجزائه ما عدا العلاقة مع معامل خلق القيمة والذى يشير إلى علاقة القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة برأس المال المستثمر مما يعکس أن قيمة سندات الإصدار للشرکات محل الدراسة من خلال سندات التوريق کان لها تأثير سلبى على انخفاض القيمة السوقية لتلک السندات للشرکات محل الدراسة فى ذات الفترة فضلاً عن عدم تعظيم ثروة الملاک. The study aimed to know the impact of the value of securitization bond issuances on maximizing the added economic value in the Egyptian securitization companies and to reach results through which to present recommendations and applicable proposals. (3) Companies and the researcher relied on reviewing the published financial statements of the Securitization under study, it was concluded that there is a significant effect of the variable (value of securitization issues) as an independent variable on (economic value added) as a dependent variable in most of its parts except for the relationship with the value creation coefficient, which refers to The relationship of the economic value added with the invested capital, which reflects that the number of bonds issued for the companies under study through securitization bonds had a negative impact on the decrease in the market value of those bonds for the companies under study in the same period, as well as not maximizing the owners' wealth.
