هدفت هذه  الدراسة الي التعرف على "دور التفکير الاستشرافي في بناء  التميز التنظيمي الاداري " للجامعات المصرية.
استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذا الغرض، واعتمد قائمة الاستقصاء کأدة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وبلغ جحم المجتمع (196)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (152) ، بنسبة استرداد (78%)، کما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) کحزمة احصائية لادخال ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات.
توصلت الدراسة الي وجود علاقة  ارتباط ايجابية بين التفکير الاستشرافي وبناء التميز التنظيمي الاداري ،وأن المتوسط الحسابي يساوي (3.046)، يشير ذلک لوجود درجة مرتفعة من الموافقة على فقرات المجال لذلک يعتبر ذلک المجال دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α) من قبل أفراد مجتمع البحث.
 أهم التوصيات التي قدمتها الدراسة:
-       تعميق وعي المديرين العاملين بالجامعات لمهارة التفکير الاستشرافي والاهتمام بطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين التفکير الاستشرافي  ودوره في بناء  التميز التنظيمي الاداري في الجامعات.
-                السعي  لتعزيز ورفع مستوي مهارات وخبرات الادارة في الجامعات محل الدراسة.
This study aimed to identify the "role of forward-looking thinking in building organizational and administrative excellence" for Egyptian universities.
The descriptive analytical method was used for this purpose, and the survey list was adopted as a main tool for data collection, and the size of the community reached (196), and the study sample reached (152), with a recovery rate of (78%), and the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used as a statistical package for data entry, processing and analysis.
The study concluded that there is a positive correlation between forward-looking thinking and building administrative organizational excellence, and that the arithmetic average is equal to (3.046), which indicates the presence of a high degree of approval of the paragraphs of the field, so this field is considered statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) by individuals research community.
The most important recommendations made by the study:
- Deepening the awareness of university administrators of the skill of forward-looking thinking and paying attention to the nature of the relationship between forward-looking thinking and its role in building organizational and administrative excellence in universities.
- Striving to enhance and raise the level of management skills and expertise in the universities under study.
