الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المرونة التشغيلية بأبعادها المتمثلة في (مرونة الألات ، مرونة مناولة المواد ، مرونة المزيج الإنتاجي ، مرونة مسارات الإنتاج) في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها المتمثلة في (الجودة ، التسليم ، الإحتفاظ بالعميل) للمنظمات ، حيث تکون مجتمع الدراسة من ثلاثة شرکات داخل قطاع الحديد والصلب بمحافظة السويس وهي (شرکة العز لصناعة الصلب المسطح ، شرکة السويس للصلب ، شرکة حديد المصريين) وذلک لوجود فرن صهر بالشرکات المبحوثة مما يعني إنتاج منتجات نصف نهائية ثم العمل على درفلتها وتحويلها لمنتجات نهائية ، أما عينة الدراسة فکانت من العاملين بإدارة الإنتاج والعمليات وإدارة الجودة والمخازن والمبيعات ( فنيين ، مشرفيين ، رؤساء أقسام ، مهندسين ، مديرين) حيث تم توزيع 306 إستبانة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى المرونة التشغيلية والميزة التنافسية کان مرتفعا في الشرکات المبحوثة ، کما أثبتت الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلاله إحصائية للمرونة التشغيلية على الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات الثلاثة المبحوثة بإستثناء بعدي مرونة الألات ومرونة مسارات الإنتاج0
Abstract :
This study aims to identify the impact of operational flexibility dimensions namely (machines flexibility, materials handling flexibility, production mix flexibility, production paths flexibility) on enhancing the competitive advantage dimensions namely (quality, delivery, customer retention) for organizations, where the study community consisted of Three companies within the iron and steel sector in Suez Governorate, which are (Al-Ezz Flat Steel Company, Suez Steel Company, Egyptian Steel Company) due to the presence of a melting furnace in the companies investigated, which means the production of semi-finished products and then working on rolling them and converting them into final products. Research  sample, focused on  workers in thec production, operations, quality , stores and sales departments through (technicians, supervisors, head of departments , engineers, managers)
306 questionnaires were distributed, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is that the level of operational flexibility and competitive advantage was high in the companies surveyed, and the study also proved that there is a statistically significant effect of operational flexibility on the competitive advantage of the three organizations surveyed, with the exception of the dimensions of machine flexibility and flexibility of production paths.
