هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء العاملين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم أستمارة استقصاء وزعت على عينة الدراسة البالغة 320 مفردة من العاملين بالهيئة محل الدراسة.
 وحللت البيانات بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائيSPSS ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ذا دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة وتحسين أداء العاملين، وکذا وجود قصور فى توافر الکفاءات والکوادر البشرية المدربة ,التدفق المعرفى، وکذا المعرفة الضمنية لدى العاملين، وبناء على الدراسة الميدانية التى قام بها الباحث بالهيئة محل الدراسة فقد تم التوصل إلى بعض التوصيات لتحسين  أداء العاملين بالهيئة محل الدراسة فى ضوء تدعيم إدارة المعرفة.
This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of employees, and in order to achieve the aim of the study, a survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample of 320 workers of the authority under study.
 The data were analyzed by the statistical program SPSS, and among the most important results of the study was the existence of a statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and improving the performance of employees, as well as the lack of competencies and trained human cadres, knowledge flow, and implicit knowledge of workers, and based on the field study carried out by the researcher in the authority replaced The study Some recommendations were reached to improve the performance of the employees of the body under study in light of strengthening knowledge management
