تتميز عملية تسعير التأمين بصفة عامة بالصعوبه الشديدة ، حيث أن أحد الجوانب الرئيسية لعملية التأمين هو عدم امکانية تحديد السعر الفعلي لوثائق التأمين وقت البيع ، ويختلف هذا مع معظم أنواع المنتجات الأخري ، حيث تکون جميع تکاليف الإنتاج معروفة مسبقاً قبل عملية البيع ، و حيث أن عملية التأمين تهدف إلي تعويض الخسائر المستقبلية في حالة وقوع أحداث معينة خلال فترة زمنية محددة فإن التکلفة الحقيقية لا تُعرف إلا بعد فترة زمنية طويله  وهذا ما يزيد من صعوبة حساب السعر العادل للتأمين ^. وسوف تهتم الدراسة الحاليه باستخدام نظرية المصداقية Credibility Theory من خلال تطبيق نموذج (BSCM)  Bühlmann - Straub Credibility Model في تسعير التأمين الطبي بالتطبيق علي بيانات تم تجميعها من مستشفي عين شمس التخصصي عن الفترة ( 2015 – 2019 ) وذلک لـ 276 هيئة  وشرکة متعاقدة مع مستشفي عين شمس التخصصي لتقديم خدمات التأمين الطبي لها. Abstract The insurance pricing process is generally very difficult, as one of the main aspects of the insurance process is the uncertainty of the actual price of insurance policies at the time of sale, and this differs with most other types of products, where all production costs are known in advance before the sale process, as the insurance process It aims to compensate for future losses in the event that certain events occur during a specific period of time, the real cost is not known for a long period of time, and this increases the difficulty of calculating the fair price of insurance. The current study will be concerned with using the Credibility Theory through the application of the Bühlmann - Straub Credibility Model (BSCM) in the pricing of private health insurance by applying to data collected from Ain Shams Specialized Hospital for the period (2015-2019) for 276 bodies and companies contracting with a hospital Ain Shams Specialist Hospital to provide medical insurance services to them .
