تعد وثائق التأمين الطبي التجاري من أصعب الوثائق التأمينية من حيث تحديد أو التنبؤ بالسعر المناسب لتلک الوثيقه ،حيث أنها تتسم بالمزايا غير الموحده لوثائق التأمين الطبي التجاري ،ويرجع ذلک إلي أنه يتم تصميم تلک الوثائق وفق متطلبات حملة الوثائق والأخطار المراد التأمين ضدها . وتهدف الدراسة الحاليه إلي استخدام نظرية المصداقية Credibility Theory من خلال تطبيق نموذج (BCM)  Bühlmann  Credibility Model  في تقدير سعر التأمين الطبي التجاري بطريقه تتناسب مع ما يقدمه من تغطيات تأمينيه وتتفق مع درجات الخطوره المتفاوته إعتماداً علي الخبرات السابقة المتراکمه وذلک بالتطبيق علي بيانات تم تجميعها من مستشفي عين شمس التخصصي عن الفترة ( 2015 – 2019 ) لـ 276 هيئة  وشرکة متعاقدة مع مستشفي عين شمس التخصصي لتقديم خدمات التأمين الطبي لها .  Abstract private health insurance policies are considered one of the most difficult insurance policies in terms of appropriate pricing, as they are characterized by the non-standard advantages of private health insurance policies, due to the fact that these policies are designed according to the requirements of policyholders and the risks to be insured against. The current study aims to use the Credibility Theory through the application of the Bühlmann Credibility Model (BCM) in estimating the price of private health insurance in a way that is commensurate with the insurance coverage it provides and is consistent with the varying degrees of risk depending on the accumulated past experiences, by applying data collected from a from Ain Shams Specialized Hospital for the period (2015-2019) for 276 organizations and companies contracting with Ain Shams Specialized Hospital to provide health insurance services to them
