الملخص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الإبداع الإنتاجي ( إبداع المنتج) على تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في شرکات الأدوية المصرية، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وتم تصميم أداة القياس وهى الاستبيان وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية من العاملين لدى تلک الشرکات، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ايجابي للإبداع الإنتاجي (إبداع المنتج) على تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى تلک الشرکات، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بإبداع المنتج لما له من أثر ايجابي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى شرکات الأدوية المصرية. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the effect of production innovation in the product on enhancing the competitive advantage in the Egyptian pharmaceutical companies. The use of the descriptive analytical approach has used. The measurement tool had designed and distributed to a random sample of employees of these companies. The study concluded that there is a positive effect of production innovation in the product on enhancing the competitive advantage of these companies. The study recommended the need to increase the interest in production innovation in the product because of its positive impact in enhancing the competitive advantage of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Companies.
