تقوم الدراسة على تحليل العلاقة بين ضوابط العمليات المصرفية والخدمات المصرفية الإلکترونية بالتطبيق على البنک الأهلي المصري وبنک مصر رکزت الدراسة على ضرورة تطوير استخدام وتنويع الخدمات المصرفية الإلکترونية مع وجود ضوابط رقابية و بنية تشريعية داعمة لضمان کفاءة الأداء المصرفي الإلکتروني وتخفيض المخاطر المصاحبة له.
لقد تناولت الباحثة موضوعات الدراسة بالتحليل الإحصائي من خلال برنامج SPss، بناء على أراء مفردات عينة الدراسة . وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
-توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتطلبات الرقابية والتشريعيةللعمليات المصرفية و الخدمات المصرفية الإلکترونية .
-توجد علاقة معلوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فاعلية إشراف مجلس أدارة hلبنک والخدمات المصرفية الإلکترونية .
- توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق مبادئ الالتزام والخدمات المصرفية الإلکترونية . The study on the relationship between the controls of banking operations and banking services electronic analysisApplication to the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr. The study focused on the need to develop and diversify the use of electronic banking services ,With the existence of controls and a supportive legislative structure to ensure the efficiency of e-banking performance - and reduce the risks associated with him. Mkadd researcher study subjects dealt with statistical analysis through SPss program - based on the opinions of the vocabulary of the study sample - was reached the following conclusions: 1. no significant statistically significant relationship between the regulatory and legislative requirements of banking operations and electronic banking services. 2. There is a statistically significant correlation between the effectiveness of the supervision of bank management and banking services electronic board. 3. no significant statistically significant relationship between the application of the principles of commitment to ebanking service
