الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على استراتيجية التميز ودورها في تحسين الصورة الذهنية بمنظمات الأعمال ، وتم إستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، فضلاً عن تصميم أداة القياس (الاستبانة) وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية شملت مدراء الادارة العليا ورؤساء الاقسام والشعب والوحدات في تلک المنظمات، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فروض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن استراتيجية التميز لها دور هام في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على الاهتمام باستراتيجية التميز وتکثيف برامج الدعاية والاعلان کبعد رئيسي من ابعاد استراتيجية التميز لترويج المنتجات ذات الجودة والبرامج التدريبية من أجل تحسين الصورة الذهنية في المنظمات محل الدراسة.


Abstract:
The study aimed to identify excellence strategy and its role in improving the mental image of business organizations, was used analytical descriptive approach, as well as the design of the measuring instrument (questionnaire) and distributed on a stratified random sample included senior management directors and heads of departments, divisions and units in those organizations, was used analysis program statistical SPSS to test the hypotheses of the study, and the study found that excellence its strategy an important role in improving the mental image of the organization and the study recommended the need to work to pay attention to the strategy of excellence and to intensify advertising programs as a dimension major proportions excellence strategy for the promotion of quality training programs and products in order to improve the mental image in in the study organizations.
