ملخصالبحث
هدف البحث إلي التعرف على المسؤولية المجتمعية لکليات التربية للطفولة المبکرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم والوقوف علي أبرز معوقات تفعيلها ووضع بعض التوصيات واعتمد الباحث علي المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح الشامل،وطبق الباحث صحيفة استقصاء لأبعاد المسؤولية المجتمعية علي عينة البحث بکليات التربية للطفولة المبکرة بجامعات ) مدينة السادات – الفيوم – بني سويف ( وتوصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج تأتي أبرزها فيما يلي:

 أکدت نتائج الد ا رسة الحالية علي ترکيز کليات التربية للطفولة المبکرة –عينة البحث- علي غرس ثقافة الاستقامة  والنزاهة  في نفوس طلابها.
أظهرت الکليات عينة البحث استجابة عالية في ترشيد استخدام الماء والطاقة بداخلها.
ومن حيث تمثيل أصحاب المصلحة وقطاعات المجتمع ذات الصلة في مجالس الکليات –عينة البحث – ولجانها، بلغت .% الاستجابات بنسبة 34% .
  أبرزت النتائج ضعف في مشارکة الکليات -عينة البحث-  في  المشروعات الاجتماعية، حيث بلغت الاستجابات   29% .
بينت النتائج محدودية إصدار الکليات –عينة البحث- تقارير الاستدامة البيئية بشکل دوري متضمنة تقييم الإجراءات والمخاطر البيئية والمجتمعية، حيث بلغت الاستجابات  9% .

Abstract
 
The research aims at identifying the social responsibility of early childhood education colleges from the point of view of faculty staff and their assistants, it also aims at identifying the major drawbacks ahead active community responsibility.
 
The research attempts to contribute a for a number of recommendations. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach using the comprehensive survey method The researcher applied a questionnaire on the dimensions of community responsibility on the research sample selected from the colleges of early childhood education in three Egyptian universities; (Sadat City - Fayoum – Beni Suef). The research has concluded a set of findings, the most prominent of which are as follows:
 
1. The results of the present study have emphasized that early childhood education colleges – the research sample – do concentrate on instilling the culture of straightforwardness and integrity in the hearts of their students.
 
2. The colleges, within the research sample demonstrated a high response regarding the, rationalization of consuming water and energy within the facilities thereof.
 
3. In terms of the representation of stakeholder and relevant social sectors in the college councils – the survey sample - and its committees, the responses were 34%.
 
4. The findings have indicated a weak participation of colleges - the research sample - in social projects, with responses of 29%.
 
5. The findings revealed that issuing environmental sustainability reports on periodical basis is limited on the part of the colleges within the research sample. These reports are supposed to include assessments of the environmental and societal procedures and the risks, as the responses were 9%.
