تناولت الدراسة إلقاء الضوء حول إسهامات التخطيط الاجتماعي في تحقيق الاستغراق الأکاديمي للباحثين بجامعة دمنهور ، هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مجموعة من المتغيرات وتحقيق الاستغراق الأکاديمي للباحثين هى توفير الوسائل والأدوات ، توفير الإمکانات والموارد المالية ، الاشراف الموضوعي ، وضوح الأهداف ، متابعة الجامعة وإتاحة المعرفة للباحثين . طبقت الدراسة على عينة طربقية من الباحثين قوامها ١٥٠ باحث شملت على ٦٦ معيد و ٨٤ مدرس مساعد . توصلت نتائجها إلى أن العلاقة بين متغيرات : توفير الاشراف الموضوعي ، تحديد الأهداف البحثية و تحقيق الاستغراق الأکاديمي للباحثين علاقة قوية ، بينما العلاقة بين متغيرات : توفير الوسائل والأدوات ، الإمکانات والموارد المالية ، متابعة الجامعة للباحثين و إتاحة المعرفة للباحثين وتحقيق الاستغراق الأکاديمي للباحثين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مجموعة من الصعوبات التى تمنع تحقيق الاستغراق الأکاديمي للباحثين ، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات الإجرائية من وجهة نظر الباحث لتحقيق الاستغراق الأکاديمي للباحثين بجامعة دمنهور.
The study dealt with shedding light on the contributions of planning to achieving academic absorption for assistant lectures at Damanhour University. The study aimed to identify the relationship between a set of variables and achieve academic absorption for researchers, which is the provision of means and tools, financial capabilities and resources, objective supervision, clarity of goals, following the university and making knowledge available. For researchers. The study was applied on a stratified sample of (150) assistant lectures, which included 66 teaching assistants and 84 teaching assistants. The results of the study concluded that the relationship between the variables: providing objective supervision, setting research goals and achieving academic absorption for researchers, is a strong relationship, while the relationship between the rest of the variables and achieving academic absorption was a medium degree relationship, and the results reached the existence of a set of difficulties that prevent the achievement of academic absorption for researchers. The study came out with a set of procedural proposals to achieve the academic absorption of researchers at Damanhour University.
