هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى أبعاد المناخ المدرسي بالمؤسسات التعليمية التي يعمل بها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون مع الحالات الفردية، وکذلک تحديد مستوى أبعاد الابتکار الاجتماعي لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بالمؤسسات التعليمية، وأيضا تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين المناخ المدرسي والابتکار الاجتماعي لدى الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بالمؤسسات التعليمية. وطبقت الدراسة على الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمدارس التربية الفکرية الخاصة بالمرحلة الابتدائية وعددهم (177) منهم (87) ذکور، (90) إناث. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى أبعاد المناخ المدرسي بالمؤسسات التعليمية التي يعمل بها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون مع الحالات الفردية ککل کما يحددها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون "متوسط " کذلک مستوى أبعاد الابتکار الاجتماعي لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بالمؤسسات التعليمية ککل کما يحددها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون "متوسط، وأيضا أوضحت ايضا نتائج الدراسة أيضا وجود ارتباط طردي بين المتغيرين ، والتوصل لمؤشرات للتدخل المهني لتحسين کلاً من المناخ المدرسي والابتکار الاجتماعي لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية . The study aimed to determine the level of dimensions of the school climate in educational institutions where social workers work with individual cases, as well as determine the level of dimensions of social innovation among social workers in working with individual cases in educational institutions, and also determine the nature of the relationship between the school climate and social innovation in social workers at work With individual cases in educational institutions. The study was applied to the social workers working in the schools of intellectual education for the primary stage, and the number (177), including (87) males, (90) females. The results of the study found that the level of dimensions of the school climate in educational institutions in which social workers work with individual cases as a whole as determined by social workers “average" as well as the level of dimensions of social innovation in social workers in working with individual cases in educational institutions as a whole as determined by social workers "medium, The results also showed a direct correlation between the two variables, and finding indicators of professional intervention to improve both the school climate and social innovation among social workers in working with individual cases.
