هدفت البحث الحالي إلى إبراز العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة الإستراتيجية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال والتوجه الوطني بدولة الکويت 2035 وذلک من خلال التعرف على أهم الأسس النظرية للقيادة الإستراتيجية في الأدبيات المعاصرة، والوقوف على مبادرات التوجه الوطني بدولة الکويت 2035، والکشف عن ملامح مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت في الوقت الحاضر، وتحديد الإجراءات المقترحة لتحسين العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة الإستراتيجية بمؤسسات رياض الأطال ومرتکزات التوجه الوطني بدولة الکويت 2035، وکان من أبرز نتائجها أن أبعاد القيادة الإستراتيجية تسهم إسهاماً إيجابياً في تحقيق مبادرات التوجه الوطني وخاصة عند الترکيز على البعد التحويلي والبعد التبادلي والبعد الأخلاقي وقد وظفت البحث المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب الإحصائي حتى يحقق أهدافه العلمية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته البحثية.
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract 
The current research aimed to highlight the relationship between the dimensions of strategic leadership in kindergarten institutions and the national orientation in the State of Kuwait 2035, by identifying the most important theoretical foundations for strategic leadership in contemporary literature, and identifying the initiatives of the national orientation in the State of Kuwait 2035, and revealing the features of kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait in The present time, and defining the proposed measures to improve the relationship between the dimensions of the strategic leadership in the institutions of Riyadh Al-Atal and the pillars of the national orientation in the State of Kuwait 2035, and among its most prominent results was that the dimensions of the strategic leadership contribute positively to the realization of the national orientation initiatives, especially when focusing on the transformational dimension, the reciprocal dimension and the ethical dimension. Research: The descriptive method and the statistical method in order to achieve its scientific goals and answer its research questions.
