کليات التربية العديد من التغيرات التى تؤثر على أدائها وکفاءة خريجيها بالتزامن مع فائض کبير فى أعداد الخريجين مصحوب بموجة رکود کبيرة فى الطلب عليهم فى سوق العمل، مما يؤثر على سرعة دوران رأس المال بها، وانخفاض العائد الاقتصادى المتوقع من عملية إعداد المعلم، مما يجعل دورتها الاقتصادية فى حالة انکماش. ولذلک استهدف البحث الحالى دراسة العلاقة بين عملية إعداد المعلم بکليات التربية والدورة الاقتصادية، من خلال الوقوف على ماهية الدورة الاقتصادية لإعداد المعلم بکليات التربية لتحديد أهم التغييرات المسئولة عن ضعف فعاليتها وشيوع حالة الانکماش الحالية التى تعيشها کليات التربية. وفى سبيل ذلک تم استخدام المنهج الوصفى الذى اقتضى السير فى عدة محاور رئيسة هى الإطار المفاهيمى للدورة الاقتصادية، طبيعة الدورة الاقتصادية بکليات التربية، التغييرات المسئولة عن ضعف فعالية الدورة الاقتصادية لإعداد المعلم، انعکاسات ضعف فعالية الدورة الاقتصادية لإعداد المعلم على المستويين التربوى والاقتصادى. وقد توصل البحث الحالى إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات اللازمة لاستعادة فعالية الدورة الاقتصادية لإعداد المعلم على مستويات الانفاق، والإعداد، والتوظيف، والتنمية المهنية للمعلم.
Teacher preparation in The Faculties of Education
and Economic Cycle" An analytical study"
Abstract
Faculties of education face many changes that affect their performance and the efficiency of graduates. Accordingly, There is a large surplus in the number of graduates accompanied by a large recession wave in the demand for them in the labor market, which affects the speed of capital turnover in them, in addition to the low economic return which is expected from the teacher preparation process. This, in turn, leads to a contraction of its economic cycle. Therefore, the current research aims to study the relationship between the teacher preparation process in the Faculties of Education and the economic cycle, by identifying the economic cycle for teacher preparation in the Faculties of Education in order to identify the most important changes responsible for the weakness of their effectiveness and the prevalence of the current recession experienced by the Faculties of Education. For this purpose, the descriptive approach was used, which required covering several main axes, namely, the conceptual framework of the economic cycle, the nature of the economic cycle in the faculties of education, the changes responsible for the weak effectiveness of the economic cycle for teacher preparation, and the implications of the poor effectiveness of the economic cycle for teacher preparation at the educational and economic levels. The current research has concluded that there are a set of procedures necessary to restore the effectiveness of the economic cycle for teacher preparation at the levels of spending, preparation, employment, and professional development of the teacher.
