هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الکشف عن درجة امتلاک أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لکفايات تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بقسم علم النفس جامعة المسيلة. ولتحقيق أهدافها تم استخراج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستمارة بحث من إعداد (المعمري والمسروري، 2013) مکونة من (34) عبارة موزعة على (30) محاور هي: محور الکفايات الأساسية لتشغيل الحاسوب، ومحور کفايات استخدام مصادر الشبکة العالمية (الإنترنت)، ومحور کفايات توظيف تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في التدريس وبعد التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها طبقت على عينة مکونة من (49) عضو هيئة تدريس بقسم علم النفس جامعة المسيلة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة امتلاک أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لکفايات التکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بدرجة متوسطة.

The purpose of this research is to detect the degree of faculty member's possession, of the efficiencies of information technology and communications, in Psychology Department “Msila University". To achieve its objectives the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire prepared by (Maamari and Almsrory.2013) consisting of (34) phrases distributed on (03) axes: Basic efficiencies to run computer, the efficiencies of using global network sources (the Internet) and the efficiencies of using information technology and communication in teaching. After checldng the honesty and persistence of the tool, it was applied to a sample of 48 faculty members, at the Department of Psychology. The results showed that the degree of faculty member's possession, of the efficiencies of information technology and communications is a moderate degree.
