استهدفت الدراسة تحليل مدى التزام المنشآت بالمسئولية الاجتماعية والبيئية في القطاع الصناعي في مصر، واستنتاج أثر عدم الالتزام بالمسئولية الاجتماعية والبيئية على الموارد الاقتصادية غير الملموسة، وانعکاسات ذلک على قيمة المنشأة في القطاع الصناعي في مصر .
     استخدمت الدراسة الأسلوب الوصفي، والأسلوب التحليلي  ، ويقوم منهج الدراسة على أن تعزيز الالتزام البيئي ، ووضع مؤشرات لتحديد مدى الالتزام البيئي للمنشآت ، وقياس تأثير مدى الالتزام بالمسئولية الاجتماعية والبيئية على الموارد الاقتصادية غير الملموسة ، وقيمة المنشأة قد يؤدي دورا هاما ليس فقط في علاج مشکلة عدم الالتزام البيئي، بل يتعدى ذلک إلى الحد من تأثير عدم الالتزام  البيئي على الموارد ، ويسهم ذلک في الحفاظ على البيئة ، و بالتالي  يقلل من التأثير السلبى المباشر وغير المباشر لتأثير عدم الالتزام  البيئي على الانسان  . وخلصت الدراسة النظرية إلى صياغة هذا الدور في شکل إطار نظري يضم مجموعة من الأسس والمعايير لتعزيز الالتزام البيئي ، وربط الالتزام  البيئي  بالحفاظ على الموارد الاقتصادية غير الملموسة واستدامتها ، وتعظيم قيمة المنشأة .  
     واشتملت عينة الدراسة على 306 استمارة تم الحصول علي بياناتها من الشرکات الموجودة بمدينة العاشر من رمضان عن طريق المقابلات الشخصية، والمکالمات التليفونية، والبريد الإلکتروني، وقوائم الاستقصاء ... إلخ، وتم اجراء التحليل الإحصائي لهذه البيانات، وانتهت الدراسة الى ضرورة علاج مشکله تأثير عدم الالتزام البيئي حفاظا على الموارد، وتعظيما لقيمة المنشأة. 
Abstract
     The study aimed to analyze the extent to which enterprises are committed to social and environmental responsibility in the industrial sector in Egypt, and to conclude the impact of non-compliance with social and environmental responsibility on intangible economic resources and its repercussions on the value of the facility in the industrial sector in Egypt.
     The study used the descriptive method, and the analytical method. The study's approach is based on the fact that enhancing environmental commitment and setting indicators to determine the extent of environmental commitment for facilities and measuring the impact of the extent of commitment to social and environmental responsibility on intangible economic resources and the value of the facility may play an important role not only in treating the problem of environmental non-compliance, but also goes beyond This is to reduce the impact of environmental non-compliance on resources, and this contributes to preserving the environment and thus reduces the direct and indirect negative impact of the impact of environmental non-compliance on humans.
     The study sample included 306 forms, the data of which were obtained from companies located in the Tenth of Ramadan City through personal interviews, phone calls, e-mails, survey lists ... etc., and statistical analysis of these data was conducted, and the study concluded that the problem of the impact of non-compliance should be addressed. Environmental protection to preserve resources and maximize the value of the enterprise.
