إن المتغيرات التي شهدها النظام الدولي مطلع تسعينيات القرن الماضي، والمتمثلة بتفکک الاتحاد السوفيتي وانتهاء الحرب الباردة، أثرت بطبيعة التوازن الدولي وتحول النظام الدولي من نظام ثنائي القطبية إلى نظام أحادي القطبية بهيمنة أمريکية على الشؤون الدولية. وهو ما أتاح للولايات المتحدة الأمريکية أن تسهم بشکل کبير في تشکيل تفاعلات السياسة الدولية، وضبط التوازنات الإقليمية وبما يعزز نفوذها ويخدم مصالحها. وقد وظفت الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية هذا التفوق المتحقق والانفراد بالهيمنة على الشؤون الدولية لفرض تسوية غير عادلة للصراع العربي– الإسرائيلي لصالح إسرائيل. Abstract: The topic area of that's paper dealing with mechanism which United States of America used it to recruitment  the regional variables to solve Arabic Israeli conflict. Its deal with many variables changes which faced international system after end of cold war in last of 1990S its associated with decline of Soviet Union, the international system turn from bipolar into unipolar, that's make USA able to create and motive the international interactions, and check regional balances, in order to strengthens its ability and enlarge its hegemony , needless to say that's Arabic Israeli conflict one of the most crucial  questions in the region, by the new balances as global, United States used its influence to impose  unjust settlement for conflict in way which support Israeli interests.
