Four species of Trichoderma were tested either singly or in mixture to control
damping off and root rot diseases of sugar beet. A synergistic elrect on these diseases was obtained by uSing mixture of Trichoderma spp < /em>. Combination of Trichoderma spp < /em>. Improved their efficiency to control damping-off and root rot diseases. These biocontrol agents reduced the growth of following soil borne pathogens: Sclerotium rolfsii, Rhizoctonia so/eni, Macrophomena phaseolina and Fusarium oxysporum.
