The Rural inhabitants are considering an important Source of labor force.
in either the agriculture activity or other economic activities. Also it is an
essential element that sharing in the various production activities, because it
represent great percentage from the human force at national level.
The study based on the Rural inhabitants, that consider a market of
occupational workers in other economic activities, because the surplus of
rural workers transfer to the free occupations in other activities, after trained
them a sufficient training which is suitable for the responsibilities of each
occupation.
The problem involved unknown the number of worker which the rural
sector share with in various economic activities, and this forms a major
problem faced the planners in future, that determination the numbers of
occupational workers helped them in preparing a Suitable arid developed
training and educating programs, which assist them for working in other
occupation and stable in it.
So the study aimed to project how many workers male and female will
need training in year 2005(short run) and in year 201 O(long run).
The results of the study were.
1 - The expected number of male workers need to be training in year 2005
estimated at 148965 worker, from them 46 thousand workers in
Operating, production and professional occupation, represented 30.7%,
36 thousand workers in Agric. Occupation, represented 24.3%, 29
thousand worker in Technical & Scientifically occupation, represented
19.3%, 19 thousand workers in Sales & Services occupation,
represented 12.6%, 9 thousand workers in Clerical & Administration
occupation, represented 6.4%, and 5 thousand workers in Administrators
& Mangers Occupation, represented 3.4%.
2 - The expected number of female workers need to be training
in year 2005 estimated at 26912 worker, from them 10.6 thousand worker
in Technical & Scientifically occupation, represented 39.3%, 7.1 thousand
workers in Agric. Occupation, represented 26.3%, 6 thousand worker in
Clerical & Administration occupation, represented 22.3%, 1.6 thousand
worker in Sales & Services occupation, represented 3.9%, 1.3 thousand
worker in Operating , production and professional occupation,
represented 3.8%, 0.6 thousand workers in Administrators & Mangers
Occupation, represented 2.1 %.
3 - The expected number of male workers need to be training through the
period 2006-2010 estimated at 673 thousand worker, (with average year

occupation, represented 6.7%, and 23 thousand workers in
Administrators & Mangers Occupation, represented 3.4%.

period 2006-2010 estimated at 117 thousand worker, (with average year
23.3 thousand worker) from them 46 thousand worker in Technical &
Scientifically occupation, represented 39.2%, 31 thousand workers in
Agric. Occupation, represented 26.3%, 26 thousand workers in Clerical &
Administration occupation, represented 22.4%, 4.6 thousand workers in
Sales & Services occupation, represented 3.9%, 4.5 thousand worker in
Operating , production and professional occupation, represented 3.8%,
2.4 thousand workers in Administrators & Mangers Occupation,
represented 2.1 %.
